M. Grace Ryder, Ph.D.:
Dr. M Grace Ryder is Chief Operating Officer for the Center-Based Services Division. Dr. Ryder is a licensed psychologist with 20 years of experience working at non-profit mental health agencies serving children with emotional/behavioral challenges and their families. Dr. Ryder received a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and a Doctoral degree from Temple University in 1994. Dr. Ryder has worked in outpatient, school, foster care, partial hospitalization, and residential settings providing evaluations and individual, group and family treatment to children and their families. For over 10 years, the last eight at CcTC, Dr. Ryder has held leadership positions at nonprofit mental health agencies where she has developed, implemented and managed treatment programs serving children and their families.
