COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES

CcTC's Community Based Services provide services to children and their families by assisting them in learning to achieve success with the natural resources that are available to them within their communities.

CcTC's Community Based Services actively engage neighborhoods and become a positive influence within communities. CcTC is committed to helping children and their families utilize local resources that are available to them and to creating opportunities for children and families to achieve long-term success with interdisciplinary behavioral health services, care coordination services, intensive family support and summer camp programs.

Working directly within communities is vital to CcTC's vision and assists in understanding different communities' cultural, geographic and economic barriers in order to provide services in a culturally sensitive manner.
