Eligible employees are:
- Full Time employees who work at least 37.5 hours per week are eligible to participate in ALL of CcTC benefit plans
- Part Time employees who work at least 22.5 hours per week are eligible to participate in Medical / Dental / Voluntary Life Insurance, Short Term Disability / Aflac ONLY
- 403b Retirement Plan eligible the 1st day of employment.
Eligibility Effective Date:
- New employees may be eligible to participate in CcTC's benefits plans on the 1st of the month following 90 days of completed employment.
In addition, CcTC offers a Employee Assistance Program provides confidential counseling services designed to help employees address personal concerns and life issues. This service, staffed by experienced professional clinicians, is available to employees and members of their families at no cost, toll free phone line 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
