RESOURCES & TRAINING CENTER

Consistent with CcTC's vision to thrive as the premiere provider of quality behavioral health services to Philadelphia's children and families, the CcTC Training and Education Program is dedicated to providing comprehensive, ongoing, professional training and education for all of its employees and to other mental health providers in the community.

CcTC's training Center has an established a Core Curriculum tailored to specific employment positions within the agency and is designed to train and support all employees to perform their role and function with confidence and expertise. Trainings exceed the minimum standard, provide opportunities for professional staff development, encourage job satisfaction, and promote staff retention.
