SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER - SCHOOL BASED DIVISON CARE PROGRAM
Teach children with emotional and behavioral disorders in accordance with individual treatment plans; evaluate and assess instructional and behavioral needs, and plan and implement remedial instruction, IEPs and behavior management
Requirements:
BA Degree in Education
Must be Pennsylvania Certified in Special Education - [ NO EMERGENCY CERTIFICATION IN SPECIAL EDUCATION will be considered]
Minimum of 3 years experience working w/children w/ special learning & behavioral health needs
FAMILY BASED TEAM LEADER
Provide both administrative and clinical supervision to Family Based Therapists, BHW’s and Care Coordinator. Primarily responsible for maintaining the program’s treatment integrity, quality and financial stability of this in-home based program.
REQUIREMENTS:
Doctorate degree in psychology, social work or related field plus 2 years direct care experience in providing mental health services to children and families or Masters degree in psychology or related field plus 3 years experience working with children and families. Licensed in PA preferred. Training and experience working with child victims of abuse, neglect and other traumatic circumstances a plus. Must have a valid drivers license and use of an automobile during work hours. Must be flexible to work evenings if necessary.
LEAD CLINICAN (2 PT positions or 1 FT position) – CHILDREN'S STABILITY AND WELL-BEING PARENT INTERVENTION PROJECT
Exciting opportunity to participate in a collaborative research project providing evidence-based child-caregiver interventions. Lead Clinician (LC) will gain expertise through intensive training in providing Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) as well as Child-Adult Relationship Enhancement (CARE) training. Once trained, LC will provide PCIT to children ages 2 through 8 and their caregivers as well as CARE trainings and consultation to foster care agency staff in the community at identified foster care agencies. LC will participate in on-going monitoring of treatment model fidelity with support from Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania’s (CHOP) PolicyLab personnel, who are leading this project.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field; licensed psychologist preferred. Experience providing therapy to young children with behavioral health challenges and their caregivers required. Experience providing behavioral health trainings to varied audiences preferred. Flexible hours required.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WORKER (PT) - SCHOOL THERAPEUTIC SERVICES
To implement specific school-based behavior plans, provides crisis intervention techniques, track measurable objective, communicates progress through reports and clinical team meetings. .
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in an area of human services such as sociology, criminal justice, education or psychology and a minimum of one year direct care experience of a supervised practice in lieu of the experience requirement. Or two years direct care and experience and a high school diploma (or equivalency) plus 12 semester credit hours from an approved program
RECEPTIONIST -MAIN OFFICE
Manage reception area and front office. Receive clients and visitors to include assisting them in a manner consistent with the CcTC vision and mission.
Requirements:
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other basic based applications. Strong oral communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Bi-lingual-Spanish speaking preferred but not required. Good interpersonal skills is an absolute requirement.
PROGRAM SUPERVISOR - SCHOOL BASED DIVISION CARE PROGRAM
Responsible for ensuring the overall clinical and operational integrity of the program. Responsible for the productivity of the team and ensure that the team is functioning with solid clinical integrity at all times. Oversees all staff in program to ensure that both clinical education needs of the children are being met. Conducts staff and agency trainings. Engages in a variety of activities to ensure that children involved in the program receive active treatment for their psychiatric conditions. Quality controls documentations. Provide emergency clinical and programmatic services as needed.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field. At least 5 years working in CASSP: 3 years working as a supervisor in a mental health setting. Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred. License in Mental Health fied strongly preferred.
This is a 10 month Full Time program.
SCHOOL BASED CLINICAN (PT)- SCHOOL THERAPEUTIC SERVICES
Conduct functional behavior assessment, skills assessment and ongoing observation. Develop and oversee the implementation of a behavioral plan. Must attend 2 hours per month training. Must keep current in areas of child development, applied behavior analysis and individual family therapy.
Requirements:
Doctorate or Master's in Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology or similar specific course work and experience in Behavior Modification with children. PA license in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy or Clinical Social Work preferred. At least 2 years verififed experience in the mental health field. Bilingual, Spanish/ English preferred.
RECEPTIONIST/ADMINSTRATIVE SUPPORT- OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT
The receptionist is the front line point of contact. A polished and professional demeanor with superior customer service and problem solving skills is required. This position requires interaction with every level of personnel within the organization, as well as Board members, clients and business partners. Meeting and greeting clients, incoming and outgoing mail management, and miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in the management of a multi-line phone system. Strong communication, organizational and attention to detail.Good computer skills also required.Should display facility in learning additional software packages. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience with multi-line phone system.

MOBILE THERAPIST
To provide therapy to children in their own home. MT help children and families cope with issues such as loss, anger management, parenting, and behavior modification.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Psych. or related field. BHRS exp. required. Minimum of one (1) year post Master's experience providing counseling to children.
THERAPEUTIC STAFF SUPPORT - Daytime (up to 35 hrs.)
To provide therapeutic support to children in their home, school and other community settings. Therapeutic Staff Support implements the clinical intervention from behavioral treatment plan to assist the children in making positive changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in psych. or related field. Min. 1 yr. MH training required; OR an Associate's degree or 60 Credits toward a bachelor's degree, or a Licensed Practical Nurse with (3) years verified full-time paid work experience working in direct contact with children/adolescents is required.
BEHAVIORAL SPECIALIST CONSULTANT
To provide consultation to children and families in settings other than provider agency and office. Services provided included designing and directing the implementation of an individualized behavior plan to meet the child and family needs. BSC assesses and identifies behavior goals and intervention techniques to promote developmentally appropriate behavior, activities, and social skills of the child in the home, school and /or community.
Requirements:
Master's degree in psychology or related field. A minimum of two (2) years post Master's experience providing mental health treatment to children; BHRS exp. required.
