Chief Financial Officer
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer and has the overall responsibility to oversee and manage financial performance of agency and individual agency programs in conjunction with CcTC’s CEO, COO and Program Directors. Has responsibility for preparation, monitoring and reporting of the agency’s financial resources, ensuring all compliance-related filings and the execution of all related financial strategies. Ensure that the CEO is well advised of all major internal developments and issues. Attend and participate in Board of Directors meetings and attend and participate in Executive Management Committee meetings.

Qualifications
1. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration.
2. At least five years previous experience in financial management and budget development.
3. Prior supervisory experience
4. Strong ability to develop work plans, set deadlines, work with minimal supervision, manage multiple projects and duties simultaneously and prioritize among assignments.
5. Ability to represent CcTC in various settings on selected issues, communicate effectively, and motivate staff.
6. Working knowledge of computers including strong competency in word processing skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet and email use required.
7. Strong skills in planning, preparing and delivering written and oral communication.
8. Ability to make sound judgments.
9. Strong organizational and administrative skills and attention to detail.

CcTC is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to perform Biopsychosocial Evaluations (CBE) and Comprehensive Biopsychosocial Re-Evaluations (CBR) for children and their families. The clinician is responsible for completing all documentation associated with the assessment process in a timely manner. Familiarity with Electronic Client Record is preferred. The agency is committed to Sanctuary Principles and a strengths-based approach.

Requirements:

Masters or Doctoral Degree with PA license and
3-5 years experience in an Outpatient or School setting. 1 year experience working in the CASSP system (preferred). Main location in center city office with likely off-site evaluations in identified school-based programs. Hours are flexible and vary from 4 to 8 hours per week.

To provide consultation to children and families in settings other than provider agency and office. Services provided included designing and directing the implementation of an individualized behavior plan to meet the child and family needs. BSC assesses and identifies behavior goals and intervention techniques to promote developmentally appropriate behavior, activities, and social skills of the child in the home, school and /or community.

Conduct functional behavioral assessment, skills assessment and on-going observation. Develop and oversee the implementation of a behavioral plan. Construct implement and monitor behavior plans. Supervise Behavioral Health Workers in implementation of interventions. Provide emergency clinical services as needed.This position is 10 months during the school year, within a school setting.

Requirements: Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline such as: Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, and Marriage and Family therapy. Degree must include clinical coursework in the foundations of behavioral health and the provision of mental health services. Minimum of 2 year's verified experience in the mental health field. Special Education Certification a plus. Must be Bi-lingual, Spanish/English.
