Administrative Specialist – School Based Services
CCTC is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our School Based team to provide support services to the Team Leader, Lead Clinician, Clinicians, Care Coordinator, School Therapeutic staff, children and families served, applicable school personnel and all other agency stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a welcoming environment at the school locations
- Supporting with daily attendance
- Checking the electronic file in order to produce reports
- Filing
- Maintaining office space
- Ordering supplies, and other duties applicable to the position
Requirements
At least one year experience performing duties as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary.
Knowledge of entering data and producing reports using an electronic medical record system.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must have a High School Diploma.
Some college or Vocational school preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
