Assistant Director of Trauma Services

CCTC is seeking an Assistant Director of Trauma Services that will support the Director of Trauma Services with the overall clinical and operational integrity of the Trauma Services Program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the management of the clinical and administrative operations of the Trauma Services Program
  • Supporting the implementation and sustainment of evidenced-based practices and treatment models within the department
  • Monitoring clinicians’ productivity
  • Assisting in representing the Trauma Services Program in community initiatives and projects, as well with CCTC’s internal initiatives and committees
  • Providing ongoing weekly clinical supervision to Master’s level (or above) clinicians
  • Assisting with clinical emergencies
  • Participating in program team meetings
  • Assisting in establishing and implementing the goals and objectives for the program
  • Assisting in planning and implementing best practices, supervision, evaluation, and training of program staff to ensure compliance with licensing, funding, and other regulatory agencies.

Requirements

Licensed psychologist, licensed clinical social worker or licensed professional counselor.

Clinical experience in the field of children’s trauma-focused treatment, supervisory, and management experience.

At least one (1) year working as a supervisor and knowledge of effective supervisory techniques.

Knowledge of fiscal and budgetary management.

Ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and agencies.

Ability to evaluate programs and employee effectiveness.
