Clinician – Cornerstone Center

CCTC is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician / Therapist for the Cornerstone Center, an Acute Partial Program

Responsibilities include;

• Completing intake assessments
• Coordinating treatment team meetings to develop collaborative aftercare plans
• Providing individual and family psychotherapy to children ages 5-13 presenting with crisis and behavioral health issues in a trauma-informed manner
• Maintaining timely and accurate physical and electronic chart records
• Ensuring the completion of necessary documentation and signatures are obtained on relevant treatment documents
• Participating in internal as well as external training ensuring completion of CCTC mandatory training, as well as, training required for continued licensure.
