Clinician – Family Based Services (ASD Specialty Team)
CCTC is seeking a Clinician to provide team delivered, home-based family therapy to children and their families, using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy Model of treatment, while working in a dynamic, Sanctuary accredited agency.
- Linking ASD-specific resources and supports, including knowledge of Special Education Law, behavioral health continuum, ASD community supports, DBHIDS/BAS waivers and supports for transition-age youth.
- Working closely with co-therapist, care- coordinator and clinical supervisor as well as participating in routine clinical trainings that are provided.
- Working three to four evenings per week in the community is required.
Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, counseling, psychology or related field
Minimum of two years’ experience providing behavioral health services to children and families.
Must have one of the following or a clear plan to obtain, graduate coursework in Autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders, graduate coursework in evidence-based treatments for ASD, or graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis.
At least one year of experience providing services to children on ASD spectrum and providing parent training/consultation, preferably Behavioral Skills Training models.
Experience supervising TSS/BHTs or other aide/paraprofessional position.
Must have own transportation.
Training and experience working with child victims of abuse, neglect and other traumatic circumstances a plus.
