Team Leader – Family Based Services
The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the overall clinical and operational integrity of his/her clinical team. He/she is responsible for the productivity of that team and ensures that the team is functioning with solid treatment integrity at all times. The Team Leader’s primary responsibilities are to conduct weekly meetings with all Family Based Services team members to ensure that both clinical and operational needs of the cases are being met. In addition, the Team Leader will engage in a variety of activities to ensure that the children involved in the program receive an active treatment for their psychiatric conditions. Provide ongoing training and supervision of all staff within the Team Leader’s clinical team.
Responsibilities Include;
- Evaluate overall program effectiveness and clinical outcomes
- Supervise staff in both an individual and group format with all staff receiving one hour/week of supervision
- Conduct training of staff
- Oversee the quality of staff performance
- Work with the clinical team to formulate a strong case conceptualization
- Keep track of supervision through the use of supervisory notes and maintain in the supervisory logbook
- Quality controls documentation
- Evaluate staff on an annual basis
- Develop action plans for improving service delivery
- Conduct daily meetings/with the team to review every case on the caseload and ensure that all clinical and operational needs on the case are being met. Conduct one treatment plan case meeting/week to review a treatment plan and conference on the case
- Has strong communication with the Family Based Teams with regards to difficult cases and service needs
- Reviews the treatment plans
Requirements
Master degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
At least three (3) years working in a CASSP system,
One year working as a supervisor.
Dedication to ensuring quality services.
A strong commitment to working and understanding culturally diverse populations.
Strong interpersonal skills
