Trauma Intake Assessor/Clinical Supervisor – Trauma Services
At Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC), our staff are dedicated to addressing the impact of childhood traumatic events and other challenges. We are looking for exceptional people to help continue building our team.
CCTC is seeking a full-time Trauma Intake Assessor/Clinical Supervisor for the Trauma Services Department.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive trauma intake assessments to newly referred children and providing follow-up case management as needed in connection with the completion of trauma intake assessments/reports
Supervisory responsibilities include:

- Providing weekly, individual trauma-specific clinical supervision, including guidance around treatment planning, intervention, and clinical case management to several trauma clinicians/graduate interns around their treatment with a caseload of child clients
- Participating in weekly Trauma Services Department team group supervision meetings
- Supporting the program around goals and initiatives, as part of the leadership team within the Trauma services Department, as needed
Requirements
Clinically licensed with a Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and at least two (2) years’ experience providing direct clinical service to children and their families.
At least one (1) year experience effectively working as a supervisor in the area of children’s mental health.
The individual will have working knowledge of best practices in children’s mental health, and trauma-informed care, and will qualify to provide clinical supervision toward supervisees’ licensure.
This individual will have strong organizational and leadership skills that serve to support CCTC’s mission and vision.
