  • Bilingual Clinician - Family Based Services

    CCTC is seeking a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Clinician to provide team delivered, home-based family therapy to children and their families, using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy Model of treatment, while working in a dynamic, Sanctuary accredited agency.  Team work includes working closely with co-therapist and AAMFT-approved clinical supervisor as well as participating in routine clinical training that are provided. Working three to four evenings per week in the community is required.

    Requirements:

    Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, counseling, psychology or related field plus a minimum of two years’ experience providing behavioral health services to children and families. Must have own transportation. Training and experience working with child victims of abuse, neglect and other traumatic circumstances a plus. Must be Bi-lingual (English and Spanish).  COVID-19 vaccination required.

  • Bilingual Clinician - Outpatient Services

    CCTC is seeking a Bilingual (English / Spanish) fee-for-service Clinician for the Outpatient department to complete intake assessments and provide individual and family psychotherapy to children ages 3-13 presenting with behavioral health issues.  Responsibilities entail but are not limited to maintenance of timely and accurate client records, as well as compliance with documentation regarding progress notes, treatment planning, consents and signatures.  Additionally, clinicians participate in external trainings, complete CCTC mandatory trainings, and trainings as required for licensure.

    Requirements:

  • Bilingual Clinician - Outpatient Services (Montgomery County)

  • Bilingual Clinician - Trauma Assistance Program (TAP)

    CCTC is seeking a full-time Bilingual Therapist to join our Trauma Services Department where we provide state-of-the-art trauma-focused treatment (evaluation, therapy, case management services) to children ages 18 months through 13 years and their families in the aftermath of child maltreatment or other trauma.

    Requirements:

    Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Family Therapy; or have a Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA accredited university.  Candidate degree must be License eligible.  Experience in child/family therapy is required, as well as a commitment to working with this highly specialized population.  Prior experience providing trauma-focused therapy with children and families preferred.   • Lead Clinician School-Based Services

    CCTC is seeking a Lead Clinician to ensure the overall clinical and operational integrity of their clinical team(s).  They are responsible for the productivity of that team and ensure that the team is functioning with solid treatment integrity at all times. The Clinical Supervisor’s primary responsibilities are to lead their respective team(s), manage a health and proactive relationship with children, families and school communities. The SBS Lead Clinician will also work to maintain a census/caseload that meets the standards as set in the program budget. (Not sure if this is a requirement?) In addition the SBS Lead Clinician provides going training and supervision of all staff (Care Coordinator, BHTs and consultants) within the clinical team.

    Requirements:

    Masters or doctorate degree in social work, applied behavior analysis, psychology or a similar master’s degree with demonstrated specific course work and experience in behavior modification with children.  PA license in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy or clinical social work preferred. Three (3) years’ experience providing direct clinical service to children and their families and at least two (2) years post Master’s degree of verified experience in the mental health field. The individual will have a working knowledge of best practices in children’s mental health.   • Clinician - Cornerstone Center

    CCTC is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician / Therapist for the Cornerstone Center, an Acute Partial Program, to complete intake assessments, coordinate treatment team meetings to develop collaborative aftercare plans, and provide individual and family psychotherapy to children ages 5-13 presenting with crisis and behavioral health issues in a trauma-informed manner.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to, maintenance of timely and accurate physical and electronic chart records and ensure the completion of necessary documentation and signatures are obtained on relevant treatment documents, participation in internal as well as external training ensuring completion of CCTC mandatory training, as well as, training required for continued licensure.

  • Clinician - School Based Services

    CCTC is seeking a Clinician to provide mental health outpatient services in a school based setting to children presenting with behavioral health issues. Services will be provided in collaboration with all members of the treatment team including, children, caregivers and school personnel.  The School Based Services Clinician performs intake assessments, creates treatment plans in collaboration with treatment team, provides individual and family therapy, and supports families to connect with resources in the community in collaboration with school personnel

    Requirements

    Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; licensed to practice in the state of NJ or working to meet NJ licensure requirements; a minimum of one year experience in providing mental health services to children and families; experience and interest in working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting. The ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and entities including those CCTC serves, staff, other provider agencies, payers and regulatory agencies. This individual will have strong organizational and leadership skills that serve to support CCTC’s mission and vision. Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

  • Clinician - Therapeutic Nursery

    CCTC is seeking a Trauma-Informed Clinician for the Therapeutic Nursery to provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to children preschool-aged presenting with crisis and behavioral health issues.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to, coordination of the daily/weekly therapeutic activities of the group and/or individual team members in order to achieve the overall treatment plan goals and to therapeutically aid and discharge clients after therapy goals are met, including the provision of individual and/or group therapy to clients and their families using trauma-informed principles, provide all necessary documentation for authorizations including treatment plans for CBH every 6 months or as needed, and for the state every 20 days, or as needed, maintenance of timely and accurate records, including that all signatures are maintained for all clients, development of discharge plan/s with team members and parents/caretakers to be implemented when appropriate in a timely fashion, participation in internal as well as external trainings ensuring completion of CCTC mandatory trainings as well as trainings required for continued licensure.
