Body Safety Talks Presented by Joey Brodsky Register

Body Safety Talks is an interactive virtual workshop meant to support caretakers in creating age-appropriate body safety rules with the young people in their lives. The workshop will explore what makes it feel easier and harder to navigate conversations around bodies and safety with children. Together, we will discuss the importance of equipping children with correct anatomical language for their bodies, how this serves as a tool to create safer communities for us all, and other ways to create safety. The workshop will include scenarios where participants can explore how they would have body safety talks with the young people in their lives.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FREE and available to everyone, although pre-registration is required. Most CCTC workshops can be used for one hour of Parenting Education credits.
