CCTC is excited to announce that we are gearing up for our premier fundraising event, the 20th Annual Roundup! We are thrilled to share the news and invite you to grab a cowboy hat and boots for one of Philadelphia’s most anticipated events featuring dinner, live music, dancing, and an incredible silent auction.

NEW DATE! This year’s Roundup is set to take place on  Friday, November 12, 2021 at the Westin Philadelphia Hotel, and is being co-chaired by Gregory R. Seitter & Marcello Luzi and Alyssa & Bill Kay, who are pleased to honor Natalie & Jim Hennessy with CCTC’s Civic Leadership Award.

The Roundup was born in 1996 and was held at 30th Street Station. From there, the event was held bi-annually until 2004 when it was moved to the National Constitution Center. The 2004 Roundup was such a success, it was decided that the Roundup would be held annually in the years to come. Since then, the Roundup had been held at Pier 1 in the Philadelphia Navy Yard, Peche Sherman Mills, The Franklin Institute, and the Curtis Center. 

As the Roundup continues to grow, CCTC has been fortunate to have the involvement of many phenomenal individuals from Philadelphia and its surrounding communities who are dedicated to CCTC’s mission.

Proceeds from the Roundup allow CCTC to continue providing high-quality, comprehensive behavioral health services to Philadelphia’s children and their families. These services address the effects of abuse, neglect, and other challenges to early childhood development and assist children in reaching their full potential within their homes, community, and society.

  • To gain partnerships with corporations and individuals in an effort to increase the sources of funding support for the agency.

Our commitment to the health and safety of our guests, staff and volunteers is our first priority always. To all of our guests attending the event in person, we kindly ask that you send us a photo of your vaccination card and a negative Antigen or PCR test dated within the previous 72 hours of the event.

If you do receive a positive antigen test, you must provide proof of a negative PCR test result to attend the Roundup. Please note that we are here to make this process as easy and seamless as possible. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact and we will be happy to help you.
