Behavioral Health Worker – School-Based Services

CCTC is seeking a Behavioral Health Worker (BHW) to implement treatment plan goals and interventions to children between the ages of 5-15 with a variety of diagnoses within a school setting. Also to apply behavior modification techniques, crisis interventions, and provide emotional support in a trauma-informed manner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in human services such as sociology, criminal justice, education or psychology and a minimum of one year direct care experience.

Or two years direct care experience with 60 semester credit hours from an approved College program.

Participation in the CBH mandatory in-services and at least 10 hours of additional in-service education training yearly.
