Our program offers comprehensive, ongoing professional training and education for all of our employees.

CCTC’s Training Center has established a Core Curriculum tailored to specific employment positions within the agency and is designed to provide all employees with the necessary resources to perform their roles with confidence and expertise

As the field of mental health continues to evolve, the Core Curriculum allows CCTC staff to keep their skills current and continue to develop within the field. Trainings far exceed the minimum standard, provide opportunities for professional staff development, encourage job satisfaction, and promote staff retention.
