Clinician – Outpatient Services

CCTC is seeking a Clinician for the Outpatient department to complete intake assessments and provide individual and family psychotherapy to children ages 3-13 presenting with behavioral health issues.

Responsibilities include;

• Engaging children and families in therapeutic process by providing 1 therapy session a week These sessions can be individual, family therapy, or collateral sessions with parents/caregivers for each child assigned to caseload
• Conducting and writing up intake assessments and follow through with appropriate recommendation and/or referrals
• Maintaining timely, accurate chart records and ensuring necessary documents and signatures are completed and maintained for each intake and ongoing case assignments
• Develop and complete discharge plan with parents/caretakers for each discharged case
• Participating in internal as well as external trainings ensuring completion of CCTC mandatory trainings, as well as, trainings required for continued licensure
