“What About Us? Using Movement and Play for Ourselves”
IN-PERSON WORKSHOP AT CCTC
Caregivers often spend a lot of time and energy creating space for our children to play, but do you ever do the same for yourself? It’s important for adults to experience play too! This workshop will explore ways to bring more play into our own lives through movement.
No prior dance experience needed, and all levels of movement are welcome. Dress comfortably, and come prepared to play!
Caregivers and staff are encouraged to attend; certificates of attendance will be provided.
Presented by Olivia Kimes, CCTC Dance/Movement Therapy Intern
