Mothers in Charge, Inc. is a violence prevention, education and intervention-based organization, which advocates and supports youth, young adults, families and community organizations affected by violence. They are comprised of impassioned mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters and others who are committed to working towards saving lives and preventing another mother from having to experience the terrible tragedy of losing a loved one to guns.

This workshop will include members sharing the work that the organization does, how others can become involved and access their services, and share their personal stories.

**Please be advised that there will be some discussion of violence and death.**
