WHAT IS CARE?

Child-Adult Relationship Enhancement (CARE) is a group training for caregivers of young children. The groups focus on enhancing parent-child relationships and increasing desired child behaviors through use of positive parenting skills and play.

BENEFITS OF CARE:

  • Through play caregivers learn skills to help children successfully reach their developmental milestones, while increasing their positive behaviors.
  • The skills learned are also designed to help manage child behavioral challenges early, before they become more serious concerns.
  • The CARE skills have been shown to help caregivers and children form or increase a positive relationship, and assist caregivers in managing all kinds of behaviors.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Snacks, toy raffles, and day passes for public transportation will be provided.
